Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Logistics & Couriers
We reserve the right to select and switch courier or logistics partners at our discretion based on pricing, service availability, and delivery efficiency to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register with the courier.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Re-delivery fees may apply if a package is returned to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International / Singapore)
For orders shipped to Singapore, any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by destination customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
